Client Testimonials

Nothing says more about a company's ability to perform than the recommendation of a satisfied client. We have built our reputation by developing long term relationships with qualty clients like you.

Bravo, Bravo, Bravo....Our church building project has turned out to be even better than we had hoped, thanks to your commitment to quality construction and flexibility with our specific project.

The sub-contractors obviously were aware of Mr. Noah's relentless commitment to detail and perfection, that resulted in quality work in a quality building that will serve our church family for many years to come.

We feel very pleased to have Brindley Construction as part of our building team and look forward to working with you and your organization in the future.

Brindley recently completed the "reconstruction" of Colonial Hall for Martin Methodist College and we have been enormously pleased in our experience with Brindley.

Colonial Hall is a very important project for the College. Not only is it out first significant construction project in more than a decade, it is a project with a great deal of local visibility. We attempted to reconstruct an historic structure using material from the original building. It was a very sophisticated project and Brindley performed beyond our expectations at every point.

Colonial Hall is a testimony to the capabilities of Brindley Construction and we are proud to have been their partners in its recreation.

Three qualities that have been most important are their honesty concerning financial issues, sticking with their deadlines, and a top quality building. Throughout the project, they have been able to meet their anticipated deadlines which is important in a construction project. They have also been honest with us concerning financial issues for their company and our sub-contractors. In addition, they have helped us to save a substantial amount of money by working with the sub-contractors to get us better bids on the project. Our new educational building is a well built and beautiful building.

This was one of the most challenging projects we have undertaken. The schedule was rigorous and the working conditions were extremely difficult. From coordinating and executing the relocation of JCI personnel and equipment, to the difficulty of extensive demolition in a manufacturing area, Brindley Construction's performance was impeccable. All this and not one hour of lost production time. Incredible!

Thank you for a job well done. Needless to say, I look forward to the opportunity to work with Brindley Construction again.

Over the past 20 years, we have participated in over $600,000,000 worth of real estate development  including 57 senior living projects in the past 4 years. During that time, we have employed the services of over 200 general contractors in 18 states and 3 countries. From that experience base, it has been our experience that the quality of each project is directly the result of the personal qualities of the staff of the respective construction companies.

Over the past 6 years, we have engaged the Brindley Construction in a rapid program of assisted living facilities in multiple cities and states. These projects were difficult due to time constraints, program changes and cost containment. We are pleased to state the the Brindley staff did a great job of understanding and achieving our goals. This success reinforced repeatedly with their commitment to service and warranty fulfillment, an achievement that we have not witnessed with many other companies. Therefore, we would recommend Brindley Construction for construction services to anyone who might inquire.

I've had the opportunity in the last some three years, to work with Brindley on a half dozen projects in the southeast United States. In all of these projects I have served as the owner's representative and quality control/cost monitor. I feel that Brindley has one of the best group of superintendents, which are certainly critical to a quality project, that I have found. The caring of these individuals for the product quality, the safety of all workers and the management of their time and resources I feel is outstanding.

The proof of the recommendation is in the fact that this is the third project completed by Brindley for this owner and they have just been awarded a contract on the fourth project.

I have had a working relationship with Brindley for the last few years, and continue to be impressed with their dedication and professionalism when performing construction services for each project I have had the pleasure of working with them on. Their staff represents the finest of individuals who continually strive for perfection on each and every project.

The dental clinic of Dr. Jackson represented a challenge in terms of both budget and schedule. The unfailing dedication and preciseness of their superintendent and project manager created a true "team" environment for all involved in the process. Tim Rohling, the project manager did an outstanding job of coordination overall, and possesses an uncanny ability to see the "big picture". He often made me aware of issues that could develop so that they could be addressed in a proactive manner, and was always pleasant and jovial in his demeanor. How refreshing to work with a contractor whose ultimate goal is the same as the Architect's - to provide the best job possible for the client!

This was not a typical "build from the ground up" project. "Expansion" is the key word here.  Brindley's task was to demolish a portion of our building, construct temporary walls on a 600 ft. section (the   length of the building), add an additional 48,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and approximately  12,000 sq. ft. of office space. This also involved the relocation of 40 office personnel, with temporary   quarters set up for Receptionist, Human Resources, Break Rooms and Restrooms.  The logistics of  this project were staggering at least to laymen like us.

Brindley pulled it off without a hitch. From the president of their company, to the Superintendent of the project, to the construction specialists, the job was handled professionally and with minimial disruption to our work schedule. The job came in on time (actually ahead of the time line predicted) and within our working budget. Change orders initiated by us were handled with ease and with competence. Questions and concerns were addressed immediately and with courtesy.

We now have a beautiful building with quality workmanship showing throughout. Comments from the community have been extremely positive. Comments from our Group and Corporate leaders have been equally positive. We now look forward to completing installation of equipment, hiring new Team Members and putting out a product of which we all can be proud.

As a project manager for LifeTrust America, I have had the experience and pleasure of working with Brindley Construction Company. They have built several Assisted Living Communities for us over the past few years. These building have all presented their own unique and different challenges such as inclement weather, stringent code officials, and difficult locations. In every instance, I have found Brindley Construction to not only meet these challenges with enthusiasm and professionalism, but they have also met tough schedules. I have also found this company to pay close attention to even the smallest detail from the start of each project through the warranty period.

I would gladly recommend Brindley Construction Company for any project you might have in mind.

The uniqueness of such a facility presented special challenges for any builder in terms of both construction and design. From the beginning, the Brindley Construction staff was there to assist with each phase of the building process. Rocye Thrift, who was the Construction Superintendent for the TigerPlace project, and his crew did an outstanding job. Their skill and attention to every detail enabled us to provide TigerPlace residents with many amenities, such as spacious walk-in closets and wide hallways with skylights designed to pull in a maximum amount of light. TigerPlace is a shining example of the excellence in craftsmanship that has given this company its reputation as a leader in project construction.

I am proud to say that the first county-owned assisted living in the State of Tennessee opened on July 1, 2002 in Waynesboro, Tennessee. This was a tremendous effort by everyone on the project team beginning with Wayne County Commissioners, architects, Gobbell Hays Partners, Inc. and Brindley Construction.

During the initial costing stage of the project I realized that the Brindley Construction team were the kind of people I wanted to work with. This project faced significant budget challenges and with the suggestions and quality engineering provided by Brindley we were able to reduce the initial cost of this project by approximately $450,000.

The site work was a very challenging part of this project. The site was steep and many infield changes had to be made to make the project work for us. From the moment site work began until completion, I was satisfied in every way by the Brindley Team. Tom Aymett and Randy Stanford provided the necessary leadership to complete this job on time and within the budget.

It has been a pleasure working with the professionals of Brindley Construction.
