New assisted living facility

This beautiful, two-story assisted living facility includes 59 one- and two-bedroom apartments that range in size from 676 to 1,140 square feet. Each unit features high ceilings, granite counter tops and fully-appointed kitchens. All rooms are handicap accessible, with some apartments offering screened porches and sun rooms.

This project presented Brindley Construction with many challenges; the regulatory environment was harsh, with standards that were nearly unattainable; and the budget was extremely tight and the project’s financing was secured during a world-wide financial crisis, causing contractors and suppliers to reduce margins to remain within budget. Nonetheless, the Brindley Construction team persevered and drove the project to completion with the attention to detail and determination for which we have become well-known.

This project was awarded the 2013 Regional Excellence in Construction Award for Residential - Multifamily Projects Up To $100 Million by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of North Alabama.
