Human Resources/Office Manager
Kim began her career at Brindley in 2019 working in the Accounting Department before assuming the responsibility of Human Resources/Office Manager. Kim is responsible for helping our employees with questions pertaining to benefits and compensation, informing individuals on company procedures and policies, facilitating the new hire process and performance reviews, assisting with coordinating company events, and keeping inventory of our office supplies.
Kim attended Columbia State Community College where she received her Associate's Degree in Business. She will also receive her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Human Resource Management with a certification in Human Resources in December 2021. In her spare time, Kim enjoys bowling, hunting, and watching football. She is married to Ronnie Hughes and is a native of Giles County.
