New office suites

This 24,160-square-foot professional building features 20 luxury office and retail spaces in both the front and back, designed with a central corridor that provides tenant access as well as common restroom facilities. The corridor which runs the entire length of the building incorporates beautiful granite tile. The centrally located bathrooms feature granite slab in lieu of sink basins and sophisticated plumbing fixtures to complete this attractive area.

Construction consisted of a structural steel building with exterior metal stud walls, wood blocking and sheathing. The roof is an EPDM roof system with metal copings. Brindley’s work included all doors, frames, hardware and storefronts. The building’s high-end finishes featured the development of six color schemes and each space was coordinated to meet the individual client’s taste. Custom fit-up included drywall at exterior walls, interior walls and soffits, and the installation of acoustic ceilings.

This project was awarded the 2007 Regional Excellence in Construction Award for Commercial Projects $2–$5 Million by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of North Alabama.
