New assisted living facility

Brindley Construction has completed two projects at the Webb House facility; our team constructed the original Smithville location in 2006. This first project included building 24 living units and 12 special care suites.

In 2011, we returned to complete a new addition of nine residential suits, a spacious activity space, and a new administrative office. The centerpiece of the addition is a beautiful chapel featuring stained glass, detailed wainscoting, and custom trim.

The exterior construction included a secured courtyard with beautifully landscaped sitting areas. The outside of the building has an attractive combination of stone and siding to compliment the original building designed in the Craftsman style.

This project was awarded the 2007 Regional Excellence in Construction Award for Healthcare Projects Less Than $2 Million by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of North Alabama.
