Addition and remodel of memory care facility

Our long-time relationship with GoodWorks Unlimited, LLC includes yet another project! The Brindley team constructed a 12,000-square-foot addition and remodeled the existing Barton House facility in Nashville, Tennessee. The site had extreme space constraints, in addition to performing construction while the facility remained open. Resident and staff safety was of the utmost importance for the construction team. The wood framed building included a fire sprinkler system and high-end finishes. Despite site challenges, our team completed the project in just seven months.
