Design-Build Services

With the design-build construction delivery method, Brindley Construction serves as the single source and maintains full accountability for the project. This saves you time, money, and headaches while ensuring your needs, objectives, schedule, and budget are fully met.
Brindley is responsible for the selection of the architect/engineer most appropriate for your project. During the design phase, Brindley works hand-in-hand with the architect to ensure your project meets your design goals and budget.
General Contracting
Brindley handles all aspects of the building process: from competitive bidding to subcontractor selection to construction and close-out services.
As a general contractor, we work with the owner and his or her architect under the traditional design-bid-build method to review plans and construction documents, develop a schedule, select subcontractors, and construct the project as designed.
Construction Management
Construction Management services are ideal for projects with a larger scope and for owners who want to hire a facilitator to work on their behalf. Brindley works with owners to coordinate the entire project—from start to finish, saving the owner time and money.
