Rebuilding After An EF4 Tornado

The AllSource Logistics location in Dawson Springs, Kentucky was devastated by an EF4 tornado that tore through Western Kentucky. The Brindley team was selected to rebuild the previous 60,000-square-foot building into a, state-of-art, 100,000-square-foot warehouse. Through demolition, the team discovered and preserved a 3,000-gallon underground oil tank. The focus throughout the whole construction process was geared to efficiency and quality as the team faced supply chain delays, supply shortages, and combating navigation through a disaster zone.

Nonetheless, construction was in full swing by mid-January of 2022 and maintained momentum due to strong relationships with close party members. The project was successfully completed ahead of schedule, allowing AllSource Logistics to resume operations.
