This facility spans 2,300-square-feet and serves as an additional trash compactor room for Frito Lay that is directly accessible to the manufacturing facility. Some unique features throughout the construction process includes pre-cast concrete walls, automatic dock doors, and epoxy flooring.

The cohesive relationship between the Brindley Construction team and Frito Lay allowed for a timely schedule to be executed. Response times were quick and the team remained cost sensitive while ensuring quality measures.
