Luxit Group Expands their Warehouse Space for Greater Efficiency

Brindley Construction completed a 30,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) warehouse addition for Luxit in Pulaski, Tennessee. The 130-foot by 225-foot expansion was seamlessly integrated into the existing facility, providing the owner with additional warehouse capacity while maintaining the functionality of ongoing operations. The project included a reinforced concrete foundation and slab, insulated wall and roof systems, hydraulic dock levelers, multiple dock doors, high-speed roll-up doors, LED lighting, fire protection systems, and natural ventilation through roof vents and wall louvers. Electrical and mechanical systems were extended from the existing facility, allowing the new warehouse to function as a seamless extension of the original building.

Construction was completed during the winter months, requiring careful planning and coordination to overcome weather-related challenges while maintaining schedule and quality. The completed addition provides Luxit with increased storage capacity and enhanced operational efficiency, supporting the company’s continued growth for years to come.
