Brindley Construction, LLC Awarded National Construction Honors by Associated Builders and Contractors

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH,March 25th—Brindley Construction, LLC today announced its work on the Coca Cola Exterior Renovation in Pulaski, Tennessee has earned a national Excellence in Construction® Eagle and Design-Build Award, and its work on Columbia Fire Station No. 1 in Columbia, Tennessee has also earned a national Excellence in Construction® Pyramid Award, which was presented during ABC Convention 2026 in Salt Lake City on March 19.
The EIC Awards celebrate 86 of the nation’s top construction projects from 2025, including school relocations; convention center, courthouse and beach resort renovations; and the construction of science parks, apartments and hospitals, as well as honoring contractors for their remarkable achievements in leadership, health and safety, innovation and merit.

Coca Cola Exterior Renovation, Renovation > Up to $5 million, Pulaski, TN:
After a devastating fire caused by a lightning strike in 2023, Brindley Construction restored the iconic Coca-Cola Bottling facility in Pulaski, Tennessee, returning it to its original footprint while preserving its historic character. The 84-year-old structure was carefully rebuilt with handcrafted brick, new windows, an improved roofing system, and restored original elements such as the entrance and door. The project successfully enhanced the building’s structural integrity and energy efficiency, allowing it to stand once again as a symbol of pride and resilience.
This was project was made possible by the project team, Jeff Brindley (Project Manager), Chris Dickey (Superintendent), Melissa Pierce (Project Assistant), and EMC Structural Engineers, P.C.
National Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award
City of Columbia Fire Station, Renovation > $5 to $20 Million, Columbia, TN:
Brindley Construction transformed Columbia’s flagship fire station, revitalizing the dated 1960s facility into a modern, resilient hub. The project included an 11,000-square-foot expansion featuring new administrative offices, upgraded dormitories, and enhanced life-safety systems. A reinforced storm shelter, built to withstand an F5 tornado, provides critical protection for firefighters during severe weather. Exterior improvements included new rear pavement, a 12-foot retaining wall, and a carefully matched brick façade to preserve the building’s character. The revitalized station now provides firefighters with the space, resources, and safety features needed to better serve Columbia for decades to come.
This project was achieved thanks to the project team, Tim Rohling (Project Manager), Matt Johnson (Superintendent), Jenny Hobbs (Project Assistant), and Nuber Architecture LLC.

The EIC Awards honor each member of the construction team, including the contractor, owner, architect and engineer. The winning projects are judged on complexity, unique challenges overcome, completion time, innovation and safety.
A panel of industry experts served as the competition’s judges. This year’s judges included representatives from the Design-Build Institute of America, Engineering News-Record, the Construction Owners Association of America, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, the National Institute of Building Sciences, ShareBuilt, the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and other select construction-related organizations nationwide.
