Expanding Faith and Function: St. Catherine’s Catholic Church Multipurpose Addition

Brindley Construction was honored to partner with Consortium Architecture for the expansion of St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in McMinnville, Tennessee. This design-build project aimed to support the church’s growing needs with a versatile, 10,000-square-foot multipurpose addition. The scope was comprehensive, encompassing all 16 divisions of construction and calling for meticulous coordination from start to finish. From breaking ground on August 30, 2024, to final completion on June 1, 2025, our team remained committed to delivering a facility that would serve the parish for years to come.

The new space features a large worship hall, multiple classrooms, a dedicated audio-visual room, and a spacious storage area—all tailored to meet the diverse functions of the church’s ministries. With grind and polished concrete floors, two 20-ton HVAC units, and ample open space, the building is as durable as it is welcoming. Brindley Construction takes great pride in completing this project on time, within budget, and in close collaboration with church leadership. The new addition now stands as a vibrant extension of St. Catherine’s mission and community presence.
