The TriGreen retail storefront and warehouse in Athens, Alabama covers over 28,500 SQ-FT, delivering a modern facility designed to support equipment sales, service, and warehouse operations. Constructed from the ground up, the project began with extensive site preparation, including grading and gas line relocation, before progressing to the reinforced concrete foundation and building construction. The completed facility features a wood mezzanine within the warehouse, 10-foot metal liner panels throughout the repair shop and warehouse, a trench drain in the repair shop, and durable 8-inch rubber base moldings in the office and retail sales areas. Additional finishes include architectural millwork, storefront entrances, updated restroom finishes, decorative door hardware, and professionally designed landscaping with an irrigation system, creating a functional, attractive facility built to serve both employees and customers for years to come.
