Brindley Construction, LLC has recently completed construction of the new Traditions of Spring Hill, in Spring Hill, Tennessee. The $8 million assisted living facility is a 64,000-square-foot building located on the east side of Miles Johnson Parkway.

Traditions of Spring Hill is licensed to house 79 residents and features housing and care services for seniors who desire to remain active, but require assistance with daily tasks. A state-of-the-art Memory Care Center assists those suffering from Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. This highly structured environment is designed to promote independence and quality of life for its patients, all while they receive dedicated, hands-on care.

Labor shortages in all trades made it difficult to find adequate manpower to complete the project on schedule. We were able to supplement our foreman with three superintendents and an additional project manager on site to ensure a timely project completion. The successful completion of Traditions of Spring Hill was led by Project Manager Charlie Evans and Superintendent Pat Marzella.
