Brindley Construction has been chosen by Inspirit Senior Living for three assisted living projects in Tennessee. Two of the projects are 16,000-square-foot, single-story additions to Inspirit Senior Living facilities located in Lebanon, Tennessee and Winchester, Tennessee. The third project is a renovation at Inspirit’s Fayetteville, Tennessee facility.
The projects are currently in the design and estimating phase. Senior Estimator Robbie Masucci and Vice President Jeff Brindley are managing the projects. All three projects are expected to begin in the Fall. This will be our fifth assisted living project with Inspirit.
